Terms and Conditions

By registering for the 2nd Eco-Campus International Conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Registration Confirmation:

- Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your registration details once your payment is processed.
Conference Fees:

- All fees must be paid in full before the conference.
- Fees are non-refundable unless the conference is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers.
Cancellation and Refunds:

- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organizers at least 60 days before the conference for a partial refund.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the conference.
Conference Content and Changes:

- The conference organizers reserve the right to modify the program, speakers, and session topics, if necessary.
- Any changes will be communicated to registered participants in a timely manner.
Code of Conduct:

- Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally during the conference.
- Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and offenders may be asked to leave the event.
Liability:

- The conference organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.
- Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the conference.
Use of Personal Data:

- By registering for the conference, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for conference-related purposes, including event communication and updates.
- Your data may also be used for future marketing communications related to upcoming events or conferences.
Photography and Recording:

- By attending the conference, you consent to the use of photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
- If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event organizers.
Gala Dinner:

- The Gala Dinner is an optional event, and additional fees apply for those who choose to attend.
- Tickets for the Gala Dinner are non-refundable.
Force Majeure:

- In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), the conference may be rescheduled or cancelled. In such cases, the organizers will inform all participants as soon as possible.
Acceptance:

- By submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
