General Information

Event Dates and Suggested Arrival:

  • The Eco-Campus International Conference 2025 : 18th to 20th September 2025

The events will be hosted at the International Youth Center (IYC), Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Participants are advised to plan their travel accordingly and confirm their accommodation early to secure their preferred options.

Before your trip, please ensure you have the necessary documents for entry into Malaysia, including a valid passport and visa (if required). For further details on travel requirements, visit: Immigration Malaysia Official Site.

Participants are advised to book accommodation at one of the suggested hotels listed below (Table A). Please secure your booking early to ensure availability.

Please note that NO shuttle buses will be provided, and any related expenses will not be reimbursed by the organizers.

Meal Breaks

Lunch, and tea/coffee breaks will be provided for all participants as a courtesy from 18th to 20th September 2025.

If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform the organizers in advance.

Participants should be aware that any meals beyond those provided will be at their own expense and will not be reimbursed by the organizers.

Venue Access and Security

All participants must present a valid ID (passport or local ID) at the security checkpoint to enter the venue. Student attendees are also required to bring their Student ID for verification purposes.

Event badges will be issued upon registration and must be worn at all times during the event.
